Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?
Yes, all our diamonds are 100% natural, conflict-free, and come with certifications from internationally recognized laboratories (like GIA or IGI).
What kind of gold do you use?
All our pieces are crafted in solid 18k or 14k hallmarked gold. We do not use gold-plating or vermeil, ensuring your jewelry lasts a lifetime and retains its value.
Is your jewelry hallmarked?
Yes, every piece of Viha Fine Jewelry carries a BIS Hallmark as a guarantee of gold purity, complying with Indian government standards.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
How does the custom design process work?
The process begins with a one-on-one consultation where we discuss your vision. We then create detailed 3D CAD renders for your approval. Once you're completely satisfied, our master artisans craft the piece.
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Because every custom piece is meticulously crafted from scratch, please allow 3-4 weeks from the time of 3D design approval to delivery.
Can I customize an existing design from your collection?
Absolutely. We can modify gold color (Rose, White, Yellow), alter gemstone types, or adjust diamond sizes on any of our existing designs to suit your preference.

How do you ensure my jewelry is delivered safely?
All our shipments are 100% insured until they reach your hands. We use trusted, high-security courier partners specialized in handling fine jewelry, and the package is discreetly packed for maximum security.
Do you offer delivery across all of India?
Yes, we offer secure, insured shipping across major cities and pin codes in India.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
Yes, for your security, all fine jewelry deliveries require a signature and an OTP verification upon delivery.
Returns & Care
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a seamless 14-day return or exchange policy for standard collection pieces, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Note: Custom and engraved pieces are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty or repair service?
We stand by our craftsmanship. We offer a complimentary one year warranty against manufacturing defects and a free yearly cleaning and prong-tightening service.
